Board of Directors

  • Jobe Dickinson is a retired law enforcement officer of the Tucson Police Department. During his tenure with Tucson Police, he served as a patrol officer, undercover surveillance officer, auto theft investigator, field training officer, patrol sergeant, and Special Events Sergeant. As an auto theft investigator, Jobe worked on several cases with border crimes nexus, including human and drug smuggling. 

    Jobe moved to Tucson, Arizona, at the age of four. He earned an associate degree from Pima Community College. In 2004, he was shot and wounded in the line of duty and subsequently received the Scarlet Shield.  Jobe currently serves as the Executive Director and Treasurer for the Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Arizona.

  • Jonathan Lines is a Yuma County Supervisor and business owner. As a Supervisor, Jonathan has planned and executed dozens of briefings on border security and U.S.-Mexico border visits with governors, members of Congress, administration officials, business leaders, and law enforcement officers wanting to see the crisis for themselves. As a result, Jonathan has become a well-known and recognized border security expert. 

    Jonathan was raised in Yuma, where his family has been since the 1930s. The family originally settled in Pima, Safford, and Thatcher, Arizona, in the 1880s and were involved in ranching and mining. Jonathan is now the GM-President of a roofing & Insulation company and a partner in Yuma's premier medical and professional plaza. He served a 2-year mission in Argentina and Uruguay and speaks fluent Spanish. Jonathan is married to Rosalie, and they have 11 children.

  • Jason Winsky is a veteran of the Tucson Police Department. As a law enforcement officer, Jason has seen firsthand the impact of illicit drugs and other substances that flow across the border, leading to an increase in overdoses across Arizona. These experiences have led Jason to work on various mental health and substance use programs for the community.

    Jason is a native of Tucson and received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona before joining the Tucson Police Department. The Arizona Capitol Times named him the 2016 Healthcare Leader of the Year. In 2021, he received the St. Thomas More Award for his lifelong dedication to community service and integrity in law enforcement.

Jason Winsky

  • Justin Harris has served in the Arizona Law enforcement community for 30 years. During his tenure he worked as a Field Training Officer, SWAT operator, General Instructor, Gang Task force officer, Crime Scene Officer, Background Investigator, and Recruiter. He obtained certification from the Department of Homeland Security in Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) for incident command. He was also trained in criminal interdiction, narcotics, terrorism, human trafficking, illicit currency, and identity theft prevention.

    Justin is a native of the Valley. He’s served as the president of the police association with the Glendale Law Enforcement Association (GLEA) since 2008, and he is the immediate past President of the Arizona Police Association (APA), the state’s largest law enforcement association. In his free time, he serves as a youth football coach in lower income neighborhoods and works with veterans and officers who are working to overcome their fight with PTSD.

  • Chairman of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

    Chairman Thomas Galvin represents District 2 on the Board of Supervisors. His top priority is protecting the Maricopa County taxpayer by being a fiscally responsible steward of the County’s financial resources. As a supervisor, his focus areas include public safety, economic development, housing, and infrastructure. Thomas was elected to the Board of Supervisors in November 2022 and re-elected in November 2024. 

    Thomas has identified one guiding principle while working as a Supervisor, "Protect the Maricopa County Taxpayer." His issues of interest are: supporting our police and law enforcement officers, fighting violent crime, keeping taxes low, and promoting economic development.

    Thomas Galvin is a lifelong Republican. His first experience as a Republican advocate was working on a successful mayoral campaign when he was 18 years old. He was the head of a Young Republicans group in the Valley. He worked on the Arizona Republican Party's election integrity efforts in 2008 and 2010. He is a precinct committeeman and state committeeman for the Republican Party.

    Thomas serves as a member of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) Board of Directors, PHX East Valley Partnership Board of Directors, and the Canada-Arizona Business Council.

    Thomas practices law in the Valley. He earned his law degree from the University of Notre Dame. Thomas and his wife are raising their young son in District 2. 

Tom Galvin

  • Former Spokane Police Chief.

    Chief Craig Meidl is a decorated U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a seasoned law enforcement leader with more than 30 years of experience, including eight years as Chief of Police for Spokane, Washington.  Over the course of his distinguished career, Chief Meidl led a department of more than 450 personnel and managed a $90 million budget, while fostering strong partnerships with federal, state, and regional law enforcement agencies - providing public safety to the state’s second largest city.

    During his tenure as Police Chief, Chief Meidl served on multiple national and regional advisory boards—including the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs and the Pacific Northwest HIDTA Executive Board—and played a key role in implementing Department of Justice reform recommendations.  He has advised Members of Congress, including current Congressman Michael Baumgartner and former House Energy & Commerce Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers.

    From patrol officer to police chief, Meidl has witnessed firsthand the devastating impact that weak border policies have on communities across the country—flooding neighborhoods nationwide with drugs and crime.  As a law enforcement leader from Washington State, he is also acutely aware of the unique challenges America faces at the vast, rugged and under-resourced northern border.

  • Policy Analyst & Community Leader.

    Luisa del Rosal is a consultant, teaching fellow and entrepreneur.

    Along with running her small franchise business, EverLine, Luisa works as a coach and consultant for organizations looking for strategic & fundraising guidance. She also writes as a Contributing Columnist for The Dallas Morning News and serves as Texas Governor Greg Abbott's appointee on the Texas Medical Board. She teaches a class on public policy and international affairs as a Collin Powell Teaching Fellow at Southern Methodist University (SMU). A leading expert on Texas-Mexico relations, her foci are education policy, cross-cultural integration, immigration and international trade.

    Most recently, del Rosal served as Chief of Staff for a U.S. Member of Congress. She was the Congressman's lead policy advisor and oversaw all staff and operations in both the district and Washington, D.C. offices. Previously, del Rosal served as the Executive Director of the Tower Center for Public Policy and International Affairs & founding Executive Director of the Mission Foods Texas-Mexico Center, both at Southern Methodist University (SMU). She was the youngest Executive Director on campus as well as the only Hispanic to head up two centers. Del Rosal had fundraising, strategic and operational responsibility over both centers, staff oversight and board relations. Her leadership role ensured that all programming, research & fundraising aligned with the mission of each center.

    Del Rosal and her husband, Ricardo, live in North Texas and are members of St. Rita Catholic Community. She’s the Chair of the Board of Communities in Schools - Dallas Region & Chair of the Board for the Catholic Campus Ministry at SMU.

Luisa del RoSal

  • Veteran and Small Business Owner.

    Demi Kouzounas embodies the American Dream—a dream she sees slipping away for too many families across Maine and the nation. Born and raised in Saco, Maine, Demi is the first of four daughters born to hardworking Greek immigrants. Her formative years were spent working at her family’s restaurant, Venetia’s in Old Orchard Beach, where she learned the value of perseverance, sacrifice, and community.

    The first in her family to attend college, Demi graduated from the University of Maine at Orono and went on to earn a Doctorate in Dentistry from Tufts University. She then served in the U.S. Army with her husband Joe, stationed in Germany during the Cold War. That experience deepened her sense of patriotism and strengthened her lifelong commitment to service.

    Demi’s dedication to helping others shaped her career in dentistry and beyond. She co-founded Dentists Who Care for Maine, launched the Bright Smiles children’s dental program, and served as President of the Maine Dental Association. Through her work with the Saco Baptist Church, she completed nine mission trips delivering care to underserved communities. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of New England, she has mentored dozens of aspiring dentists.

    After returning home to Maine, Demi and Joe opened dental practices in Skowhegan and Scarborough, along with a small community mall. As a small business owner, mother, and grandmother, Demi understands firsthand the impact of inflation and economic instability on Maine families.

    Demi chaired the Maine Republican Party for six years, leading with conviction and principle. She has also been a candidate for U.S. Senate, driven by a desire to protect opportunity, strengthen families, and restore the American Dream for the next generation. Her life reflects the values that make Maine strong—faith, family, service, and hard work.
